Privacy policy
This policy explains what information this website collects and how Goodfront Web (Jacob Thomas) uses information you send us.
What the site collects
Very little. This site has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and it does not store anything in your browser.
- Hosting logs. Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are visited. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Fonts. The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
The project form
The "Tell us about your project" form does not send anything to this website or store it. When you press a send button, it opens WhatsApp, your email app or your messages app with your details written into a message to us. Nothing reaches us until you send that message yourself.
When you contact us
If you email, call, text or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, business, email address, phone number and details about your website. We use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your project.
WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Email, calls and texts travel through the providers you and we use.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except as needed to work with you or when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep messages for as long as they are useful for our conversation or project. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will.
If we emailed you
If you received an email from us about your website and don't want to hear from us again, reply and say so and we will not contact you again.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
